5 Pump Court is a member of The Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates. Members of chambers have given seminars on arbitration and expert witnesses for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Professional Solutions and Services Ltd. In addition another member of the group is a Visiting Senior Lecturer for the University of Greenwich School of Architecture and Construction. In the area of professional negligence the group has particular experience of the breach of director’s and employee’s fiduciary duties.
