The members of the Property/Landlord and Tenant Team act for property owners, landlords, and tenants in a wide range of property related matters. They are regularly instructed by local authorities, registered social landlords, commercial/private landlords, and business and residential tenants.   Their practices encompass appearing in Tribunals, arbitrations, mediations and Courts of all levels.  They have considerable expertise in drafting, and pride themselves on giving clear and practical advice in writing or in Conference.
