Practice Profile Peter practices in all areas of crime and has extensive experience of cases involving serious fraud. Recent examples of his court experience include acting as junior counsel in a 4 month conspiracy to defraud (case which has leave to appeal to the House of Lords)and as counsel alone on a 2-month conspiracy to supply class A drugs. Peter has also been instructed in numerous other financially related conspiracy charges.
Among his reported cases involving fraud is the case of R v. Ngan (1998) 1Cr.AppR CA - Archbold2144 appropriation/jurisdiction.
His practice also covers serious crime against the person with a particular emphasis on offences involving rape, child abuse and all other sexual offending. He is often recommended for cases involving children and other vulnerable witnesses as he has substantial experience in the field of family law. He has acted in numerous rape and child abuse cases.
Additionally Peter is retained by the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday to advise on Libel & Contempt Law
