Civil Personal Injury – Emma has particular experience of personal injury law having spent 9 months working at specialist personal injury solicitors prior to commencing pupillage. Her work encompasses a broad spectrum of both Claimant and Defendant work, including employer’s liability, occupier’s liability, product liability, industrial disease and public liability. Commercial – Emma has experience of and undertakes a wide range of commercial litigation including consumer credit, supply of goods and services, trusts of land and general contractual disputes. Landlord & Tenant – Emma undertakes both commercial and residential work including disputes relating to claims of disrepair and possession. Emma also has experience of Housing Law and Employment Law.
