Martin McGann

Biography

Martin is a non-practising door tenant. Whilst in practice, he focussed on all aspects of public law child proceedings. He acted for local authorities and parents, in cases including allegations of neglect, non-accidental injury, FDAC and domestic abuse.

Martin was driven by the pastoral aspect of family and child law and committed to working with parties to ensure appropriate and sensitive outcomes for those involved. He is now preparing for Ordained Ministry in the Church of England.
