Trevor practices criminal and family law.
Trevor has prosecuted or defended the full spectrum of offences including homicide, fraud, false accounting, drug cases, death by dangerous driving and all sexual offences. He has also appeared in Army General & District Courts Martial in both Aldershot and Colchester.
He has substantial expertise in all aspects of family law having appeared in County Courts and the High Court in private and public law cases. He acts in complex care proceedings and adoption cases. He has represented parents in all aspects of family law from non molestation Orders to challenges of paternity, from contact to foster care and adoption. He will give any parent involved in family law proceedings a clear summary of their case and a fair analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of his or her case.
