Our employment law specialists represent employers and employees in workplace disputes in the Employment Tribunal and County Courts. We work closely with clients to develop a strategy for each case based on the fast changing law in this area and the commercial implications of a dispute.

We advise on all types of employment claims, including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy claims, discrimination, breach of regulations including the Working Time Directive and Part-Time Workers regulations and claims for breach of contract.

We also act in claims involving partners, consultants and other workers. We advise on disputes relating to the terms of their contracts, restrictive covenants, injunctions to prevent misuse of confidential and commercially sensitive information, and partnership disputes. 

Discrimination claims often, but not exclusively, arise out of employment situations. We advise on the full range of discrimination claims, including discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation and religion or belief within or outside the employment context.
