Our members are able to advise on the terms of insurance contracts, and the possibility of challenging the refusal to cover an incident.

We act for some of the country's leading insurance companies, defending personal injury claims and claims arising out of motoring accidents.

Our barristers act in credit hire claims (whether or not these involve an associated personal injury case) and are very experienced at dealing with issues relating to impecuniosity, the rate and period of hire required, and enforceability. They are also experienced at dealing with recoverability of associated costs (for example for storage, recovery, collection, vehicle condition and quality) and proportionality.

We also represent clients in cases for property damage, with particular expertise in cases relating to damage to the public highway.
