Institutional landlord training

Local authorities and housing associations are large landlords, responsible for management of extensive housing stock. Chris Payne, a specialist property barrister, is presenting a series of webinars over the course of 2025 particularly aimed at institutional landlords and those who advise them. The webinars will cover legal and practical aspects of litigation, setting out the law and discussing tactics and tips to get the result that you are looking for in court.
