This is the sixth in a series of webinars designed for local authority and housing association solicitors and caseworkers dealing with the key elements of property litigation (including disrepair and possession). They are also suitable for solicitors, trainees and paralegals acting for institutional landlords.

The webinars will be presented by Chris Payne, a barrister with a wealth of experience acting for local authorities and housing associations.
