Insolvency proceedings are often necessary in order to deal with debtors, or as part of enforcement proceedings. Chris Payne will outline personal bankruptcy proceedings - when they should be used, how to make someone bankrupt, and practical hints and tips to ensure that the process is successful. William J Richardson will outline the process for corporate insolvency, both for debtors who receive a statutory demand and/or winding up petition, and for creditors who are trying to recover their money.

This event will be held on Zoom so that you can join from the comfort of your own home, or the office, or any other location that suits you. We encourage participants to join in by raising questions or discussing issues from practice. We don't record the sessions but we will circulate the slides afterwards to anyone who attends.
