Residential Possessions
In this third session in our possessions trilogy, we will be looking at residential possessions and the future of possessions. We will consider the likely changes from the Renters Rights Bill; tricky issues which arise in residential possession cases and how to deal with them; and unusual situations in which possession cases occur (for example in TOLATA claims or those dealing with proprietary estoppel). This webinar is suitable for those advising landlords and tenants.

This event will be held on Zoom so that you can join from the comfort of your own home, or the office, or any other location that suits you. We encourage participants to join in by raising questions or discussing issues from practice. We don't record the sessions but we will circulate the slides afterwards to anyone who attends.
