Family Practice:  Katherine has experience acting at all stages of proceedings, from FHDRA and DRA through to fact-finding and final hearings. Other experience: Before pupillage, Katherine was a Management Consultant for real estate clients, who appreciated her ability to assimilate large volumes of complex information under time pressure, and her consideration of competing commercial demands when advising them.  Katherine also spent time in the Major Injury and Casualty team at a leading law firm, and seconded for 12 months to a Local Authority in their Insurance team where she dealt with high value and sensitive claims across the full spectrum of civil law, mitigating exposure and risk to the Local Authority.
