Sarah Noble

Biography

Sarah specialises in family law, with a busy practice spanning children work, domestic abuse, and associated financial matters. 

Her practice is primarily focused on private law children disputes, including cases involving intractable contact, allegations of alienating behaviours, and complex safeguarding concerns.  She has experience acting at all stages of proceedings, from FHDRA and DRA through to fact-finding and final hearings.  She is adept at handling cases involving serious allegations, including physical and sexual abuse, and has successfully represented clients in multi-day hearings, securing outcomes contrary to Cafcass recommendations.  In one such case, the Judge observed that “Ms Noble played a key role in achieving this outcome for her client”.

Sarah also maintains a domestic abuse practice, frequently appearing in contested applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.  In addition, she has experience in property disputes arising from relationship breakdown under TOLATA.
