Eoin O'Sullivan

Year of Call

Eoin is a pupil barrister who started pupillage in October 2022 and is gaining experience in each of Chambers practice areas. He will be on his feet and able to accept instructions from April 2023.

It has been an ambition of Eoin's to become a barrister for many years. During his masters, Eoin worked on the family law team of the University of Law’s Legal Advice Clinic. He provided pro bono advice and representation in private children’s law proceedings.

Eoin has worked as a County Court Advocate, representing clients in a wider range of hearings including Small Claims trials, bankruptcy, and possession proceedings. He also has experience handling infant settlement hearings.

Immediately prior to commencing pupillage, Eoin worked as a document review paralegal on two separate public inquiries. This included work redacting the personal and sensitive information of individuals involved in the inquiries.

Outside of work, Eoin also wrote and directed ‘Guilty’ – a musical comedy which sold out a six-day run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022.
