Biography
Toby is responsible for all aspects of Chambers’ operational management, functions and facilities. This can cover projects such as improving I.T. infrastructure, leading on BSB applications and ensuring the seamless integration and compliance of any new policies and regulations.
Working with the Head of Chambers and within the Management Committee, Toby helps plan Chambers vision for the future, whilst ensuring the day to day needs of Chambers are met.
Toby is also responsible for the clerks and their development as well as ensuring our clients are receiving the golden standard of service. Along with this Toby is always looking to develop new business leads and develop existing relationships across all of Chambers’ practice areas.
Toby manages all of Chambers’ marketing and business administration and is the first point of contact for complaints and data request queries.
