Abimbola Badejo is dual qualified in England & Wales and Nigeria and has a thriving practice as an expert witness. In this case, he was instructed to provide an expert opinion on the validity of a Nigerian adoption order in order to determine an application by the adoptive parents for recognition of the adoption at common law.
